Anna introduced me to constellation work, and the experience is honestly magical. I wouldn’t have believed it if someone had tried to explain it to me beforehand. It is something that simply has to be experienced.
During sessions, the field comes alive in a way that is hard to put into words. It brings ancestral lines, complex relationships, and somatic feelings stored in the body straight to the surface, letting you actually feel them and let them do what they need to do to resolve.
After being introduced to some other modalities in this space, I find what sets Anna’s approach apart is her openness to introducing pure energies, feelings, and other entities into the field. She doesn’t restrict the process strictly to ancestors, and that flexibility is often exactly what is needed to unlock the deeper layers.
