Welcome, my name is Anna.
I have become an elder. A wise old laughing women. It is spectacular.
I have worked with the childhood trauma held in my body, and that which I have carried for my ancestors, with more modalities than I can remember, for over 25 years. I have had more teachers, and worked with more facilitators and therapists than I can count. Jungian Inner Journeys, Family Constellations, Somatic Experiencing and Conscious Dance literally saved my life.
Over the years I have seen first hand how important it is that the person you work with has worked on their own issues, and that this work has spanned over a very long period of time. In my opinion this is paramount to be able to make space safe, supporting clients to remain within the boundaries of what they can process. Nervous system regulation exercises. Grounding exercises. Here and now exercises. Tempo. The ability to follow the clients needs, not yours as a therapist.
With me you are safe.
I had my first experiences with plant medicine as a teenager. These formed me and opened my mind to thinking, understanding, and seeing the world quite differently than many others. In the summer of 2021 I became life threateningly ill and asked for death. This process included many interesting experiences, the most extreme of which was a series of dimensional shifts and meeting the other than human.
Which obviously lead to a new understanding of both time and reality.
Now, almost 4 years later, the lived experiences of my life are allowing me to be present in ways only someone who has been torn apart and come out laughing can. I am grateful for every day I live, every experience I have and cannot imagine being anything other than what I am.
I am a Registered Nurse, a Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator, a Transgenerational Therapist, a Waldorf PreSchool teacher, a Circle of Security Facilitator, an Applied Somatics facilitator, an artist, a gardener, a conscious dancer, a daughter, a mother, and lover of 3 cats that really needed new homes.
I play work with raw cacao, love to blow enormous bubbles, adore costumes, have an award winning garden, know you can never have too much glitter and believe that everything on this planet is sentient.
I am happy, fulfilled and stunned over how abundant life is.

- 2009-2023 Hagelarm, Etterstad kolonihage. Music and culture festival. In the beginning responsible for decorations, kids activities, and more. Now I paint flowers on the streets of Vålerenga with, hold Open Garden (with a line) and sell saft.

- Oslo Medieval Festival (5 years) Cleaning toilets, emptying garbage cans and hauling bags of empty beer bottles.
