It can be quite daunting to take that first step towards finding your truth and becoming a better version of yourself. I promise you I know how it feels.
Welcome.
Somatic Inner Journeys are a non-threatening method for exploring the emotional and spiritual landscapes of the subconscious mind. This exploration gives space for unresolved issues, hidden patterns, feelings and epigenetically stored memories of your ancestors, to rise to the surface and into consciousness.
I work in my home. It is special, and safe. By creating a sense of safety in a lovely space with gentle music, I follow the rhythm of your body, and together we enter the inner images that surface, to take a closer look at what your soul wants seen. We can work with a specific relationship you have, a mother, a father or someone else. We can work with a feeling you carry in your body, a fear, a longing, something that makes you uncomfortable or confused. It is also cool to work with a repetitive movement you have, something coming from the body seemingly without intention and following the impulse of what your body needs to show. We can agree on this before you come, or on my floor when you get there and land. Either way, we will follow your body.
This is phenomenological work. Each body is unique, so each session is unique. There is no way to know what will happen until it happens. Working this way makes both of us vulnerable to the beauty of the moment. By allowing yourself to be vulnerable to that feeling of uncertainty, while being in a safe space, you will be able to connect more deeply to what you are experiencing. It is in this connection that we can enter into a dialog with these inner images, making it possible for your body to release the traumatic memories and emotions it carries for you and your ancestors.
In the aftermath of this release, your nervous system can relax and rewire itself. This leads to a deeper understanding of the truth of your life, personal growth and transformation.
120 minute sessions are 800 kr.
