Inner Journeys are a non-threatening method for exploring the emotional and spiritual landscapes of the subconscious mind. This exploration allows hidden unresolved issues, relationship patterns and feelings to rise to the surface and into consciousness. By becoming more aware of what lays in the space of the subconscious, you can then achieve a deeper understanding of the the truth of your life. This deeper understanding and insight can give a greater sense of meaning in life, leading to personal growth and transformation.
By creating a sense of safety in a lovely space with gentle music, I follow the rhythm of my client, entering inner images and leading them on an inner journeys to rooms of their subconscious mind. Every room in us has its own occupant. These rooms can represent family members, personality traits, as well as places and events you remember. Maybe you even feel this your body. They can be places you remember feeling loved, hated or utterly alone and afraid. Rooms where you have placed the shame, or the anger, you carry. Rooms of situations you wish you could have acted differently in, making rooms where you can practice setting healthy boundaries by learning to say a firm “no”, or a warm “yes.”
Or maybe it is a lighter day, and you want to visit and feel in your body an exceptionally joyous moment, light, carefree and loving. A day you felt free and alive, a day with a pet, or a day with someone you have lost. That is also spectacularly good for a frayed nervous system.
Or maybe it is something that came up in constellation work we have done together, or something that came to you in Somatic Dreamtime that you would like to take a closer look at. The possibilities are as endless as our subconscious mind.
Inner Journeys are phenomenological work where we make space for images from the subconscious to take form. Each journey is unique to each individual. There is no way to know what will happen until it happens. But once it does happen, we can enter into a dialog with these inner images and do work which will help you change your perspective, allowing your nervous system to relax and rewire itself.
This work makes both of us vulnerable to the beauty of the moment. But you know, we never really know what is going to happen any day. Ever. By allowing yourself to be vulnerable to that feeling of uncertainty, while being in a safe space, you will be able to connect more deeply to what you are experiencing. You will be able to see the truth of the moment, gain new insights, improve relationships, address unresolved emotional issues, heal past wounds, release emotions you have held deep inside of you, and find peace.
90 minute sessions are 1200 kr.
