Therapeutic Touch
As a Registered Nurse with a lifelong love for science, my approach to touch and craniosacral therapy is anchored in anatomy and physiology. Over the last few years I have become fascinated with fascia, working with it, reading about it, taking trainings. The more I learn, the more astounded I am. Fascia is biomotionally intelligent, having the ability to carry thoughts, impulses and information. This lets my hands access your body's deeply stored memories, feelings, and patterns, often crossing the generations.
For me, touch, and craniosacral work, is about providing a space so safe that your body can relax, allowing the fascial superhighway to do it's thing so that you can release some of that which no longer serves you. The effects are often instant, and lasting. My clients agree, saying things like wow, what was that???, I can't remember the last time I was so relaxed, it felt like a detox, I remembered things I haven't thought about in years, I got images that I don't remember from this life, I got flashbacks of things that happened to me as a child........and so much more.
60 minute sessions are 600 kr.
90 minute sessions are 900 kr.
No shows, and cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged in full.
