Craniosacral Therapy

Having once experienced this form of touch about 30 years ago, I "knew" what I thought about it.

I couldnt have been more wrong.

I am now enrolled in the Vaajma Cranio Training, https://www.kjetilkvalvik.com/craniosacral. This decision is the direct result of my own somatic reaction when Kjetil Vaajma, and later his wife, Daniella,  touched my head.  

With years of experience behind them, Kjetil and his wife Daniella have developed their own take on craniosacral therapy, weaving reverent spiritual shamanistic practices in throughout their education. It couldn't align more with how I work with constellations, connect to the Earth, or live my life. I am in awe and gratitude that this found me.

Over the next two years I will offer student sessions. Until the fall of 2026 they will l be free.
